ElevateHer: A Reflection of Embracing Your Inner Radiance
When I created ElevateHer, my vision was clear—I wanted to create a space where women could pause, reconnect with themselves, and step fully into their power. The name, ElevateHer, speaks to the essence of the event: to help women rise, not only in their personal and professional lives but in how they care for their bodies, embrace their desires, and embody their feminine energy.
The focus on pelvic and sexual health wasn’t just a topic; it was a necessity. I knew that many women, especially in midlife, often feel disconnected from their bodies. Our health, particularly pelvic and sexual health, is often overlooked, and many women suffer in silence—whether it’s from discomfort, pain, or feeling out of control in their own skin. I wanted to shine a light on these issues and create a conversation that gave women permission to prioritize these aspects of their well-being. When we feel safe in our bodies and understand our sexual health, we regain control. We take back the power to move confidently, love fully, and live without shame or discomfort.
But it wasn’t just about health. Reconnecting with our feminine energy is about so much more. It’s about tapping into our intuition, our creativity, and our nurturing power. It’s about understanding that being in your feminine isn’t a weakness—it’s a superpower. I wanted ElevateHer to be a space where women could reclaim that energy, feel empowered, and trust in their own bodies again.
I’ve always known that women need a space like this—a space where we can come together, share, learn, and support each other. But ElevateHer? It took everything to the next level. The energy in the room, the openness of the conversations, and the depth of the connection we all experienced—it was profound. Women left not just feeling inspired but truly transformed. We created something that went beyond a typical event. We created a movement—one where women are rising into their power, caring for themselves deeply, and embracing their full feminine essence.
At Sunrais Health, we’re building something special. We’re creating a community and movement where women in midlife can feel seen, supported, and empowered to take control of their health, well-being, and dreams. Through our programs, like Dose of PAUSE, and events like ElevateHer, we’re guiding women to prioritize their physical and emotional health, reconnect with their bodies, and embrace their potential. We’re not just offering wellness solutions—we’re creating a space where women can thrive, step into their prime, and live their lives with purpose and confidence.
I couldn’t be prouder of what we achieved together, and I’m more determined than ever to continue creating spaces like this for women. ElevateHer was just the beginning.
